Hello! My name is Alyssa Upton and for most of my life I have struggled with weight loss. I am sure you are thinking "Why don't you just go to the gym and eat healthier". For me, it is not that easy. Being a woman with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), and a thyroid condition it seems almost impossible to lose weight. As for women with PCOS it takes so much more than a simple diet or going to the gym to see some results. I am hoping that my journey with weight loss and how I learned to overcome struggle will inspire you! My posts will be about exercise, nutrition, and overall a healthy lifestyle.
